Florian lebt mit seiner Frau und seinen beiden Söhnen in Bonn. Sein Background liegt in der Welt der Werbeagenturen, wo er als Art Director und Creative Director für globale Networks tätig war. 12 Jahre lang kreierte und betreute er internationale Kampagnen, bevor er sich schließlich seinen Lebenstraum erfüllte: Als Regisseur dreht der 45-jährige Commercials, Virals, Dokus und Webisodes. Sein Twitter-Projekt "Tiny Tales" wurde mit dem Grimme Online Award ausgezeichnet. Das Buch "Auf die Länge kommt es an – Tiny Tales. Sehr kurze Geschichten." ist im Fischer Verlag erschienen und stand viele Wochen in der Bestseller-Liste von Amazon. 2019 verfilmte Flo vier der Tiny Tales für sein Kurzfilm-Projekt MICRO MOVIES – the world’s shortest feature films. Die Filme haben zahlreiche internationale Festival-Awards gewonnen. Florian ist Mitglied im Art Directors Club Deutschland und in der Deutschen Werbefilmakademie. 

Florian lives in Bonn with his wife and his two sons. His professional background lies in the world of ad agencies. Working for global networks as a Creative Director, Florian has created successful international campaigns for 12 years before jumping ship and becoming a film director. The 45-year-old shoots commercials, virals, documentaries and webisodes. His Twitter project "Tiny Tales" was honoured with the Grimme Online Award, one of the most prestigious culture awards in Germany. The subsequent bookwas published in 2011 and became an instant success, selling tens of thousands of copies. In 2019 Flo turned four of the Tiny Tales into films for his short film project MICRO MOVIES - the world's shortest feature films. The films have won numerous international festival awards. Florian is a member of the Art Directors Club of Germany and the German Commercial Film Academy.
